Oh hell yeah that one.... increase fares even though profits
have been increasing.
Essentially they're saying that 'Since people can pay more, we can
charge more....'
If they were facing losses, I can still understand the hike, but by
their own admission they're just out to make a bigger buck out of
the teeming masses.
I've become totally immune and cynical to any 'discussions' on fare
hikes, because I know that they've given up on trying to come up
with a plausible excuse...
The only question I ask now is, 'Ok, when's the next fare hike, and
by how much?'
